Headset Repairs.

As well as saving you money with our vast range of new and refurbished headsets our headset repair service can save you hundreds of pounds on your existing headsets too. If you have out of warranty Plantronics or Jabra ( GN Netcom ) headsets that are faulty or broken  our workshop can repair them at a fraction of the cost of buying a replacement.

Our trained engineers will  repair your headsets to a high standard and all consumables such as voice tubes, ear cushions and windshields will be replaced. Our costs are fixed so you know exactly how much your repairs will cost.

Corded headsets and amplifiers are repaired for £17.00 and wireless headsets £35.00. Repairs are normally completed within five working days of receipt and we will notify you of any headsets deemed to be beyond economical repair. These will be returned at no cost or alternatively we can dispose of them or part exchange them against either a new or refurbished headset.

Once the headsets have been repaired we carefully package them individually with an anti bacterial wipe and return them by next day courier.

All our repairs are backed by a full six month warranty and in the unlikely event a headset fails within that period we will repair it free of charge or provide a replacement (refurbished headset).
